Job title: BIM Document Controller – Water Infrastructure
Location: Co Louth
Company: Established Irish Water Infrastructure Contractor
Package: €45,000 to €60,000 DOE package
The Company
Our client is a leading engineering contractor operating within the water and wastewater treatment sector. They deliver complex infrastructure projects involving multidisciplinary engineering, BIM coordination, construction management, and commissioning.
Due to continued growth and the delivery of major wastewater treatment projects in Co Louth, they are seeking BIM Document Controllers to support project information management and digital project delivery.
The Role: BIM Document Controller
You will be responsible for managing project documentation, BIM information workflows, drawing registers, technical submissions, and document control processes across large-scale wastewater treatment projects.
Working closely with engineers, project managers, BIM coordinators, and site teams, you will ensure all project information is accurately controlled, distributed, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have Requirements
You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing large volumes of technical information. Previous experience supporting engineering or construction projects will be highly advantageous.

Salary: €45,000 to €60,000 DOE

Must Have Requirements
- Previous experience in Document Control or BIM Document Management
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures
- Experience using common data environments and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work on site in Drogheda or Dundalk
- Construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure experience
- BIM project exposure
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Viewpoint, or similar platforms
- Experience managing technical drawings and engineering documentation
- Manage project documentation and drawing registers
- Maintain document control systems and workflows
- Distribute technical information to project teams
- Track revisions, approvals, and submissions
- Support BIM coordination and information management processes
- Ensure compliance with project document control standards
- Generate reports and maintain project records
