Their Dublin operations team is currently delivering a significant heritage and restoration project in Dublin City with over a year remaining on programme delivery.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
This Electrical Package Manager role is based on a major heritage and restoration project in Dublin City involving the upgrade and refurbishment of an existing landmark building.
You will take ownership of the electrical package from coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover while working closely with the site management team, design consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
The Electrical Package Manager will play a key role in programme delivery, quality control, technical compliance, and subcontractor coordination on a live construction environment where attention to detail and high-quality finishes are essential.
This is a long-term Dublin City project with approximately 12 to 18 months remaining in delivery.
Must Have Requirements
You will come from an electrical or building services background with strong experience managing electrical packages on complex construction projects.
You should be comfortable coordinating subcontractors, reviewing technical drawings, driving programme delivery, and maintaining quality standards on a busy site environment.
The ideal Electrical Package Manager will have strong communication skills, good commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams, consultants, and clients on a technically demanding project in Dublin City.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 6 years’ experience in an Electrical Package Manager, MEP Manager, or Electrical Project Management role
- Proven experience required working with a main contractor or large specialist contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Experience managing electrical packages on commercial, restoration, fit out, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data centre, or complex building projects required
- Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, QA processes, and programme delivery
- Heritage, conservation, refurbishment, or restoration project experience preferred
- Experience working within live or occupied building environments beneficial
- Chartered status or working towards chartership advantageous
- Strong coordination experience with multidisciplinary design teams
- Experience using BIM platforms, Procore, or similar project management software
- Additional health and safety certifications
- Previous experience on technically challenging city centre projects
- Manage and coordinate the electrical package through all phases of project delivery
- Oversee pre-construction planning, installation sequencing, testing, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers on site
- Ensure all electrical works are delivered in line with programme requirements and project milestones
- Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Carry out inspections against project quality plans and technical standards
- Work closely with the commercial team regarding variations, progress, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all electrical works
- Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reporting to senior management
- Support successful project handover and close out documentation
