With a strong focus on office fit-outs and fast-track commercial refurbishments, the company has built a solid reputation for quality delivery, reliable project management, and maintaining long-term client relationships across the commercial sector.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of fit-out projects in Dublin, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
Electrical Project Manager
This Electrical Project Manager role is focused on delivering commercial office fit-out projects across Dublin from pre-construction through to final handover.
You will oversee programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, procurement, client communication, and day-to-day project management on live commercial fit-out environments.
The successful Electrical Project Manager will work closely with site teams, consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget while maintaining high-quality finishes and technical standards.
Must Have Requirements
You are an organised and hands-on Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering commercial fit-out projects in Dublin or across Ireland.
You have strong coordination skills, understand how to manage subcontractors and live site environments, and can maintain programme delivery under pressure.
You are comfortable dealing directly with clients, consultants, and commercial teams while ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and quality standard.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving ability are essential for this role.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have proven experience managing commercial electrical projects or office fit-outs
- Trade qualified electrician or strong electrical construction background required
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams on live projects
- Proven experience required attending client and contractor coordination meetings
- Full driving licence required
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Procure or similar systems
- Commercial fit-out experience in Dublin preferred
- Strong understanding of project variations and costing beneficial
- Building services qualification
- Experience managing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC or mechanical coordination advantageous
- Manage commercial electrical office fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on-site
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Monitor project programmes and ensure delivery milestones are achieved
- Manage project variations, pricing, and change orders
- Liaise with engineers and consultants regarding technical queries and design changes
- Review electrical drawings and mark-ups using AutoCAD or Bluebeam
- Assist with procurement of materials, plant, and specialist equipment
- Ensure site teams have the required resources to maintain programme delivery
- Monitor health & safety, quality control, and site performance
- Drive projects through commissioning, snagging, and final handover
