Job title: OFCI Project Manager – Data Centre

Package: €110,000 to €125,000 DOE + package
The Company
This international contractor delivers major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction, M&E installation and commissioning.
They are seeking an experienced OFCI Project Manager to manage client-supplied electrical equipment packages on a major data centre project in Dublin.
The Role: OFCI Project Manager
You will take ownership of OFCI packages, coordinating client-appointed vendors, engineering, construction and commissioning teams to ensure equipment is delivered and installed in line with programme and technical requirements.
You will act as the key interface between the client, vendors and project team, managing progress, technical issues and delivery risks.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Project Manager or OFCI Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage clients, specialist vendors and project teams on a major data centre project.

Must Have Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience with an M&E contractor.
- Electrical Engineering qualification or similar required.
- Large-scale construction project experience essential.
- Strong experience managing vendors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- Previous OFCI or major electrical equipment package experience beneficial.
- Manage OFCI electrical packages through engineering, installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate client-appointed vendors with the construction programme.
- Lead OFCI progress and coordination meetings.
- Manage technical interfaces between vendors and project teams.
- Track package progress and escalate programme or delivery risks.
- Support engineering and commissioning requirements through to handover.
