Job title: Senior Electrical Engineer – Data Centre
Location: Eskilstuna, Södermanland County, Sweden

Package: €95,000 to €105,000 DOE + European package
The Company
This international contractor delivers major turnkey data centre projects across Europe, covering design, construction, M&E installation and commissioning.
They are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team on a major hyperscale data centre development in Eskilstuna, Sweden, working across technically complex electrical and mission-critical systems.
The Role: Senior Electrical Engineer
You will work closely with the project management team, supervisors and electrical subcontractors, taking responsibility for technical coordination and electrical installation across your area of the project.
The role will involve managing drawings, resolving technical issues, monitoring subcontractor works and supporting electrical systems through testing, commissioning and handover.
Must Have Requirements
You are a technically strong Senior Electrical Engineer with practical site experience and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and electrical works on a large construction project.
You will be organised, confident dealing with technical issues and capable of keeping works moving safely and in line with programme.

Must Have Requirements
- Relevant Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years’ experience within an electrical or M&E contracting environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations on large construction projects.
- Experience coordinating electrical subcontractors and technical site activities.
- Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
- Testing and commissioning experience beneficial.
- Previous European project experience advantageous.
- Manage and coordinate electrical drawings and technical information.
- Provide technical support to electrical subcontractors and site teams.
- Coordinate electrical works with the overall construction programme.
- Resolve technical and installation issues affecting programme delivery.
- Monitor subcontractor quality, safety and compliance.
- Prepare test packs, handover packs and technical documentation.
- Support electrical testing, commissioning and final handover.
