Are you a seasoned Site Manager seeking a new challenge on a landmark €multi-million education project in Wicklow?
One of Ireland’s most reputable main contractors is offering the opportunity to lead a modern educational build from start to finish. Known for their excellent track record, this contractor offers long-term career progression with a consistent pipeline of projects throughout the Leinster region.
You’ll join a highly experienced team on a well-resourced site, taking full control of operations from groundworks through to final handover.

The Role – Senior Site Manager
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with all building regulations and safety procedures
- Overseeing programme delivery and reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Maintaining high standards of quality across all trades
- Coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor
- A proven track record delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or educational builds
- Excellent site leadership and organisational skills
- A relevant qualification in construction or a strong trade background
- A detailed understanding of site operations and construction standards
