A leading Irish Civil Engineering Main Contractor, known for delivering large-scale and complex energy and infrastructure projects nationwide, is looking for a Site Engineer on the civil package of a major electrical infrastructure project in Co. Wexford.
This phase of works includes the construction of access roads, platforms, and a steel portal frame building, along with associated concrete plinths and ancillary works. It’s an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer who wants to gain exposure to major civil and energy-related projects while progressing within a company that actively promotes development and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set out works accurately and ensure foremen and operatives clearly understand all required information.
- Interpret drawings and specifications, coordinating effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
- Maintain a detailed site diary, recording daily progress, quantities, and key site data.
- Report regularly to the Site or Project Manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on civil or utility projects in Ireland.
- Strong proficiency in setting out and surveying (GPS/Total Station experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
