The Company

Our client is a leading Irish Tier 1 main contractor delivering some of the country’s most high-profile commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. Their projects typically range from €50m to €200m , built to exacting quality and safety standards, and supported by strong in-house design, engineering and commercial teams.

They are recognised for a progressive, collaborative culture and a genuine commitment to safety, innovation and continuous improvement. With a major Leinster pipeline secured into the coming years, they are now strengthening their senior delivery team with an experienced Contracts Manager.


The Role – Contracts Manager

Based on live projects across Leinster, you will take full ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover. This is a senior leadership position where you’ll drive programme, cost, quality and safety performance while managing multiple sites and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery teams with full accountability for build, programme and budget.
  
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost targets and to specification.
  
  
• Partner closely with design and technical teams to support coordinated installation and buildability.
  
  
• Drive a best-in-class safety culture through robust safe-working practices and site leadership.
  
  
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across sites.
  
  
• Plan and control project resourcing (labour, subcontractors, plant and logistics).
  
  
• Develop and retain high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders across projects.
  
  
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  
  

About You

• Proven Contracts Manager background with a main contractor on large-scale builds.
  
  
• 10 years’ industry experience delivering complex projects.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal/commercial principles and project controls.
  
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams across several sites simultaneously.
  
  
• Clear communicator with strong client-facing ability.
  
  
• Full driving licence and right to work in Ireland.
