We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex civils and MEICA projects within the water sector across the Irish Midlands.

Project Manager Skills:
- Experience managing water or wastewater projects, ideally with civils or MEICA elements
- Ability to lead project teams including civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA, H&S and BIM personnel
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to control budgets, monitor financial performance and support contract administration
- Skilled in project planning, resourcing and development of detailed delivery schedules
- Excellent communicator capable of building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with experience resolving performance, scope, cost and programme challenges
- Ability to manage design-and-build packages from concept through detailed design and construction
- Strong report writing skills and experience preparing project status updates for internal and client teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
- Full Irish/UK/EU driving licence and authorised to work in Ireland
- Manage the full lifecycle of build-only and design-and-build contracts across water and wastewater projects in the Midlands
- Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external designers to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met
- Support senior management in achieving project, contractual and financial objectives
- Oversee construction delivery, engineering management and project control activities
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams from project initiation to close-out
- Resolve project challenges proactively, including schedule changes, cost issues, design modifications or performance concerns
- Develop project schedules and resource plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery of milestones
- Drive consistent implementation of health, safety, quality and environmental standards across all work fronts
- Prepare accurate progress reports, project dashboards and performance updates for clients and senior management
- Ensure projects achieve targets for quality, risk management, financial performance and client satisfaction
